"Our thrilled demeanor is due to the fact that we're on a new 7-inch record called Torrential Zen. It's being released by the inimitable Uninhabitable Mansions on November 9, 2012, and it includes four songs by four different bands, pitting Milwaukee's best/brightest — Sat. Nite Duets and The Fatty Acids — against Brooklyn's finest/flooziest: Dinosaur Feathers and us. Our song is named "Holidays Underwater" and you can't find it anywhere else, except maybe in a commercial for the Tourism Council of Aruba. Matt Plain made the cool artwork and this little vinyl gemstone is limited to 200 copies. Reserve yours and get the digital tracks immediately when you PRE-ORDER TORRENTIAL ZEN HERE.
Next of all, we're playing a show this Saturday, October 6, at Public Assembly in Brooklyn, not to be confused with the Assembly of God or some kind of ridiculous throwback Public House. The venue very different than both of those things. Here's the lineup:
+ The Psyched (members of Tunnel of Love, The Apes)
+ Major Stars (Cool rock band)
+ Radical Dads (us)
+ Warm Soda (ex Bare Wires)
+ DJ Cassie Ramone (Vivian Girls, Babies)
Doors and drink dealzzz are at 8pm, whilst the jamzzz start at 9pm. We're on second, so figure around 9:30pm. The show costs 10 beans/balloons/breadloaves and Public Assembly is located at 70 N. 6th Street in Williamsburg. PLEDGE YOUR ATTENDANCE AND SHARE YOUR PRIVATE DATA HERE.
That's all we have for you right now. Please purchase Torrential Zen and come see us play. Thank you, persons of Earth."
