*[consequenceofsound.net] How does Jimmy Fallon follow up a week in which he paid tribute to Pink Floyd by having Foo Fighters with Roger Waters, Pearl Jam, The Shins, and MGMT cover the band’s songs? With Radiohead and Portishead, of course.
According to Radiohead fan site At Ease, the band will follow up their recent stops at Saturday Night Live and The Colbert Report with an October 3rd appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, where they will play “Give Up The Ghost”.

*[NME.com] Foo Fighters have been announced to headline US videogame convention BlizzCon.
The band will make their debut at the two day event at Anaheim Convention Centre in California on October 22.
Frontman Dave Grohl performed at the bash on drums, which opens on October 21, last year with Hollywood star Jack Black's band Tenacious D. The annual convention is staged by Blizzard Entertainment to celebrate the gaming franchises Warcraft, StarCraft and Diablo.

The song will see an official release on the upcoming “Batman: Arkham City” video game soundtrack, “Batman: Arkham City -- The Album“. The soundtrack is due to arrive digitally on October 04th with the video game slated to see a release on various platforms on October 18th.
