Quick Notes: Crystal Antlers, (Damn) This Desert Air, Two Inch Astronaut

*[letters-from-a-tapehead.com] There’s a wildly animated video out for Crystal Antlers’ “Two-Way Mirror,” which, coincidentally, comes from an album titled, Two-Way Mirror.

This album was just reviewed for Kicking Against The Pricks, which you can find here. Otherwise, check out the video, enjoy the song and buy the album.

*(Damn) This Desert Air are headed to Queens, NY tonight to kick-off a weekend recording session towards their next release. Drum tracking with Andy Guida at his Six III Studios in Forest Hills begins tomorrow morning. The band are recording a new batch of songs along with a Quicksand cover to coincide with a new issue of Pins&Needles 'zine. Details on (Damn) This Desert Air's forthcoming release are yet to be determined. In the meantime, (Damn) This Desert Air contributed another cover, their version of "The Pod" to the Songs Of Farewell and Departure: A Tribute To HUM album coming out officially on September 6th via Pop Up Records.

*Two Inch Astronaut have released their brand new EP Vimana, which is available for streaming at their official Bandcamp page HERE. Check it out below...
