*[theprp.com] More release plans have been announced for this years edition of the now annual “Record Store Day“. The latest to be revealed (of Exploding In Sound interest) for the festivities, which take place on April 16th, can be found below:

Clouds – “B Chuggas May Be Logging” 12″ LP w/ download (limited to 200 copies)
Nirvana – “Hormoaning” 12″ (limited to 4000 copies)

Deftones – “Covers” (limited to 3000 copies)
Glassjaw – “Worship And Tribute” 12″ (limited to 1000 copies)
Mastodon – “Live At The Aragon” 2xLP+DVD (limited to 3000 copies)
Mastodon/ZZ Top – “Just Got Paid” 7″ (limited to 3540 copies)
Rival Schools – “Wring It Out” (b/w “Choose Your Adventure” remix by Glassjaw‘s Daryl Palumbo) (limited to 1500 copies)

*[theprp.com] Dredg recently posted a video of their new album “Chuckles & Mr. Squeezy” undergoing an ‘acid test’ over at their Facebook. The album is presently scheduled for a May 05th release date.

*[theprp.com] Former Glassjaw/Men, Women And Children guitarist Todd Weinstock has teamed up with producer/mixer Marc Jordan (The Cult, A Static Lullaby) to form a new production team by the name of Social Security. The willing-to-travel duo have studios in both New York City, NY and Los Angeles, CA and are currently seeking new artists to work with. *[theprp.com] According to a recent interview with their management head, Alice In Chains are planning to begin writing new material for their next album later this year.
