The group will be issuing a 7″ for their track “The Telephantasm“, an outtake from their “Screaming Life” EP sessions. It will be backed by a previously unreleased live version of the bands song “Gun“.
*You can download Mojo Fury's brand new single "Lemon Marine" for FREE by posting a Facebook post or a tweet on Twitter. Just go HERE and follow the simple directions and enjoy the awesome new track! The song comes from the band's upcoming debut Visiting Hours of a Traveling Circus.
*[theprp.com] Ex-Unearth drummer Derek Kerswill, who recently exited the aforementioned group, appears to have tried his hand in playing for The Sword. Given yesterday’s news of Kevin Fender landing the role, it doesn’t look as though he will be playing with them anytime soon however. Kerswill coyly spoke on his audition and his latest project Tangents with Gunshyassassin.com.
[latestdisgrace.com] Last week, we introduced you to an overlooked band out of Brooklyn called Dead Stars. I’m really stoked on this trio and have been giving their excellent debut, Break the Tide, a lot of spins — I highly suggest you do the same. In my quest to fill my ears with as much of their post-grunge-y pop-noise as possible, I stumbled across this fan made video on YouTube. Put together by some dude named Tim O’Hara, his visual take on the driving (pun intended) “The Ride” gets an “A” for awesome. I’m assuming this is all found footage, but I suppose it’s entirely within the realm of possibility that Tim and his peeps scored some vintage bikes and all those creepy monkey masks solely for the purposes of this video. Whatever the case may be, this rules. Enjoy. Stream and Download: Dead Stars – “Break the Tide" HERE!

The clip is "One got Fat" and it's been used for at least half a dozen music videos- it's a vintage 1960's bicycle safety film. it's worth checking out on its own.
