“Deftones needs females between the ages of 18 and 25 this coming Sunday, September 19th, in Toronto to appear in their new video for “You’ve Seen the Butcher“. Anyone interested should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their contact information as soon as possible. Applicants will be contacted via email for further details, and then 30 ladies in the above age range will be chosen at random to participate. There will be no monetary compensation, but those selected will have the opportunity to meet the guys.”
*[pastemagazine.com] Weezer will be hitting the road in the coming months. A statement issued by Epitaph Records confirmed that the rumored "Blinkerton" tour will indeed be happening:
This winter (November/December), Weezer will launch a multi-city U.S. tour, dubbed by fans as the “Blinkerton Tour.” The band will play two shows in each market-on the first night Weezer will play the Blue Album in its entirety, and the second night they will play Pinkerton in its entirety.

Titled West Coast Seattle Boy: The Jimi Hendrix Anthology, the set includes unreleased tracks, alternate and live takes and more, including songs Hendrix played on as a session musician early in his career. The box set includes a new DVD documentary, Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child.
*[NME.com] Roger Waters has expanded his 2011 tour of 'The Wall'. The former Pink Floyd man will now play an additional show at London's O2 Arena on May 18, plus will perform extra dates at Manchester's MEN Arena on June 28 and 29. *[FMQB.com] Foo Fighters have been tweeting pictures from the studio, as they are recording a new album with producer Butch Vig. Including in the series of photos is a chart with working titles for some of the new songs, including "Miss The Misery," "Rosemary," "These Days," "Walk," "A Matter Of Time" and "Bridge Burning."
