ABOUT THE FOUNDERS:
CHRISTOPHER CLINE:
Father, recording engineer, drummer, record label owner, and synth enthusiast are the proverbial hats that Chris wears with the greatest of comfort. Having engineered and/or mixed albums for the bands And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead, The Society of Rockets, STEREO IS A LIE and many others in the indie world is just a part of his growing repertoire. Chris has had the honor of playing the drums for Scrabbel, We Is Shore Dedicated, IV Thieves, Honey Thief, Mentallo and the Fixer and a few more as a permanent or guest musician. Chris also helped establish and is a co-owner of San Francisco's Three Ring Records, awarded "Best Local Record Label," by the readers of the San Francisco Bay Guardian in 2007.
JENNA WEDGEWOOD:
Jenna is a Texas based photographer who has been capturing artists such as Björk, Interpol, The Arcade Fire, Jarvis Cocker, My Bloody Valentine, Coldplay, Sonic Youth, Metric and Bloc Party over the past ten years. She has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients that include: Gibson, Now Toronto, Austin Monthly, Venus and Skyscraper, to mention a few. Most recently Jenna launched whitesiren; a booking, events, and promotion company with a strong focus on new artists in the central Texas area.
GLYNN WEDGEWOOD:
Glynn relocated to Austin, TX from the UK in late '05 after touring the world along side such artists as Oasis, The Bravery and The Pretenders with his former project IV Thieves. He was one of the writers on the One Little Indian/New West '06 release 'If We Can't Escape My Pretty', with two of his songs featuring on ABC network shows. Glynn's latest project STEREO IS A LIE was named The Deli's 'Emerging Artist Of 2009', the debut album from which will be released in late 2010. Before leaving for foreign shores Glynn was an established promoter and booker in Nottingham (UK), predominantly working with new/breaking artists.
CHRISTOPHER DAVID RYAN:
Christopher is a Texas-born, self-proclaimed graphic artist, illustrator, daydreamer, pseudo-scientist, wanna-be astronaut and untrained intellectual. He tends to find inspiration in pretty much anything, especially music, the universe, the human condition and natural phenomena. He splits his time between Brooklyn, New York and Portland, Maine creating bold, illustrative work under the CDR moniker as well as more progressive graphic work through his one-man studio, Atmostheory. His client commissions span a variety of industries including work for Victoria's Secret, Nike, Element Skateboards, Graniph, The New York Times Magazine, Obedient Sons and others. His personal projects include Sleepyheads, a line of pillows and printed pieces, As Overheard In The Back Of My Mind, a series of self-published books and My Little Underground, his online shop which highlights new work quarterly.
