Pet Ghost Project Ready "Winter Variations" EP

Pet Ghost Project have posted an update on their website, including information regarding a new album set for a September release...

"So real quick, our full length LP “Shelf Life” is in fact done... but it is quite literally living up to its name, in that it has been shelved. I simply will not release it until we have a certain amount of backing. We are really happy with how it came out and don't want to release it just for the sake of releasing it. I want people to actually hear this album and I don't want to DIY this one. So, we wait.
However, the good people at Break Thru Radio paid for a afternoon session at the lovely Serious Business Studio. It was more or less live and in one or two takes. The live session/interview can be heard HERE!!

After this aired I got to thinkin’, what if I spent another week or two just producing the session and fancifying it a bit? The takes were really solid and we had a good time, might actually make this a REAL album. Well, I worked on it, polished ‘er up... got a new EP out of the deal. Calling the little beauty “Winter Variations”.

The record release party is set for Cameo Gallery on Sept 10th w/ our very good friends Quiet Loudly, Gunfight! and Miniboone. Going to be a hell of a party. At this shin-dig we shall play “Winter Variations” from front to back and we’ll probably sneak in a few off of “Shelf Life”, this will not be a show to miss. To top this off at the record release fiesta we are printing off a very limited number of hand crafted CDs, you’ll have to come to the show to pick one up (oh yeah, we’ll have a new batch of stickers by that time too).

Save the date, mark it on the calender, tell your friends: on Sept 10th @ Cameo Gallery “Winter Variations” shall be born!
