Killredrocketrecords Release FREE 5-Way Split Album

[Press Release] Killredrocketrecords presents Decadence, a 5 way split album with contributors from all parts of the world. We here at KRR encourage decadence in general, and hope that these songs can be a soundtrack to the next time you are doing something you probably shouldn't do.

As always, its free to download. Go HERE or HERE!!

The album has 5 bands from all over the world, each with a nefarious nature along with a noisy ambiance that takes you out of this boring ordinary world into something more surreal. Its where you want to be and we want to take you there.

The goth/punk energy of the UK's Suicide Party comes off like a high energy Birthday Party, full of grandiose energy and raw punk sounds. Singapore's Stellarium blends the sounds of shoegaze and noise rock, giving us a mix between the noisy side of Jesus and Mary Chain and the washy side of My Bloody Valentine. The Russian Federation brings us the dark melodic goth music of Was She A Vampire, along the lines of earlier Cure and Joy Division. Between the Cities are Stars come from sunny California with sweeping noise washes and melodies that fuse the best of shoegaze, bliss rock and early punk along the lines of JAMC and Ceremony. Austin's Bloody Knives complete the lineup with their droning 8 bit industrial shoegaze sounds, raw grunge, comparable to a heavy My Bloody Valentine.

We are proud to present this free download to you. We are also proud to have included bands from all over the world. While we are located in Austin Texas in the United States, we hear great music from all over the world, and we are making a point to be better than the usual snobby Americans by including bands from all over the world. So much great culture is overlooked, but not by us!

What are you still reading this for? Go check out the music!
