DOWNTOWN HANDSHAKE were recently asked to fill the opening spots for a few dates on Cage The Elephant's current tour. On March 16th they will be opening for As Tall as Lions and Cage at St. Andrew's Hall in Detroit, MI, and the following night, March 17th, at Bogarts in Cincinnati, OH.
Their debut album, entitled Revival Revival, is currently being mastered and will be available for digital download by the end of the month. The album is 8 songs long, but the digital download includes two bonus tracks. From there, Downtown Handshake plan to independently release the album on vinyl. Each vinyl will include a CD or digital download code. The track listing is:
