[theprp.com] Floor (Torche) have detailed their upcoming reunion shows and release plans. First up the band will be releasing a box set of their collected works dubbed “Below & Beyond” through Robotic Empire. It will come in three distinct versions including a deluxe 10 LP, one 7″ and 8 CD set, complete with a 32 page booklet due in February; digital downloads of all 8 albums separately or as a complete set, also due in February; and a CD standalone version featuring 8 CD’s and the aforementioned booklet, which is due out through mail order in February and in stores on March 30th.
Meanwhile, the bands upcoming shows will also reflect the chronology and theme of the box set, with the group utilizing the line-up’s of different era’s for certain songs. According to the official press release, “Betty will be playing drums for songs from the early days, followed by Jeff on drums from the Dove era, and end with Henry stomping his way through the Self-Titled album. And, of course, Steve and Anthony on vocals and guitars.”
The groups live scheduled currently runs as follows:
March 27th Miami, FL – Churchill’s Hideaway
April 02nd Gainesville, FL – Common Grounds
April 03rd Atlanta, GA – The Earl
