Solar Powered Sun Destroyer have posted some updates... The band is featured on the brand new Exploding in Sound compilation "Future Legendary" HERE!!
"We've been writing a lot this summer, and have also been playing out here and there (semi-locally) at some smaller shows trying to debut some new songs. We've got a LOT of material finished musically and Slobes (John) has been working hard the past couple of weeks on some more vocal ideas to put on top of some of these tunes. We will hopefully be continuing/finishing up the writing process for the full-length over the next few months. While we continue writing, we will be playing up and down the east coast for some weekend stints...
PHILLY, NYC and BOSTON AREAS. WE WILL SEE YOU IN SEPTEMBER. (more southern states like NC and TN we will prob see you in OCT). Check out the dates on the Myspace page.
DC and surrounding areas, We will be opening for FAR at DC9 on Saturday October 24th (yea, it's pretty sweet). You can (and should) get tickets soon here because it will most likely sell out in advance and as of now is our only DC date we are doing thus far (no pun intended)
