Dave Grohl, Eddie Vedder, and Norah Jones are among the artists who are recording cover versions of Nick Drake songs for a tribute album.
A video shot by actor Heath Ledger for the influential late English folk singer's track Black Eyed Dog will also be included on the DVD version.
"No-one in the world has ever seen that before," said David Schulhof of Evergreen Copyrights.
The album and DVD will come out this year on Jack Johnson's record label.
Drake, who died in 1974 aged 26 remains one of the most revered voices from the folk singer-songwriter scene.
